Stainless Steel Hop Tube with Chain
Hop Tube holds up to 150 g. of hops/spices. For brew kettle or dry hopping in kegs or fermenters.The fine mesh will prevent large particles from blocking the dip tube, pumps or chillers. It will hold approximately 150g of hop pellets, allowing for some space to permit full extraction of the hop oils. Ideal for dry hopping in the keg and can also be used for fruits, wood chips, spices and more. Includes a small ring so it can be hung from the keg lid or side of the vessel.
Uses
During the boil - Place hops, spices or botanicals in the Hop Tube to reduce the amount of solids in the wort. Resulting in a cleaner wort and less cleanup
Transferring the wort - Use to strain the wort and reduce the sediment going into the fermenter.
Dry hopping - Use in the fermenter for hops or flavourings.
Please Note
It cannot fit in a standard 50L Keg as the opening is not wide enough.
Cleaning
Turn the hop filter upside down and spray the mesh strainer from the outside to rinse the remaining residue. It cleans quickly and is easy to store for the next homebrew.

Weight Limits:
The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).
For products or orders over these weights, the PALLET SHIPPING option is available.
