The
Malt Master 3 Roller Mill has a larger roller size and hopper capacity.
This mill is suitable for brewers who produce more than 7 kg of batches
at a time and want to spend less time feeding the mill.
The
design of The Malt Master 3 Roller Grain Mill gives extra crush when
passing through. With approximately 5.5kg of hopper space, this large
hopper will quickly get through grains and malt. So, if you're after
bigger grain hopper capacity and the ability to double crush to your
grain, then this is perfect for you.
When using a drill, it's important to maintain a safe speed. Going too
fast can risk cooking or burning your grain and impeding the mill's
performance. Just enough power should get it going and catching, which
should fall around 200 rpm. This safety feature ensures your
brewing process is smooth and worry-free.
These units have been
designed for Malted Barley, Wheat, and Rye. This versatility ensures
that no matter what type of beer you're brewing, our malt mill is up to
the task. We do not accept returns for misuse outside of these
parameters.

Muntons Maris Otter Extra Pale Ale Malt (EBC 0-4)
Malting barley varieties are typically grown for five to ten years until they are superseded by newer, higher-yielding and more robust varieties. Maris Otter®, however, is an exception to this rule. Although many varieties have had higher yields and extracts, none have removed Maris Otter® from its position as one of the longest-surviving and best-known varieties. Its characteristic taste, outstanding processability, and historic significance make this variety likely to remain a craft brewing favourite for many years to come.Applications:
Brewers
looking for extra malt flavour should consider this traditional British
staple – Maris Otter®. Introducing strong cereal, biscuit and nutty
notes in beer, Maris Otter® remains one of the most popular malt
varieties for the serious craft brewer.
