Midnight Sun

Black IPA · 5.4% ABV

A collaboration with Lacada Brewery, Midnight Sun is a Black IPA that leans into contrast. It pours jet black, but drinks bright, crisp and full of hop character.

Soft roast and light cocoa from the dark malts give it depth without heaviness, while a layered hop bill brings citrus, pine and subtle tropical notes. There’s a firm bitterness, but it finishes clean and dry, making it easy to go back for another.

This is a great choice if you enjoy the bite of a West Coast IPA but want a bit more malt character underneath.

Expect: Citrus, pine, light roast, cocoa, clean bitterness
