The 27L FermZilla Tri Conical Easy Grip Pressure Fermenter Starter Kit is a complete solution for brewers looking to step into pressure fermentation with a compact single batch system. Designed as a one click setup, this kit includes everything needed to ferment, monitor, and transfer beer under pressure with greater control and efficiency.

The Tri Conical design combines the benefits of a traditional conical fermenter with the convenience and visibility of a PET vessel. It allows for yeast collection, sediment separation, and sampling through the integrated 600ml collection container, while also enabling pressure fermentation up to high levels. This helps improve flavour stability, reduce ester production, and allows for faster conditioning.

The latest generation includes a moulded 3 inch tri clamp ferrule in the tank body, paired with a stainless butterfly valve and tri clamp collection container. This setup allows for easy removal of trub and yeast, as well as sampling or purging via carbonation caps fitted to the collection container.

The Easy Grip Threaded Lid Ring simplifies opening and sealing, while the included BlowTie spunding valve with integrated gauge allows precise pressure control during fermentation. The floating dip tube system ensures you can draw clear beer from the top of the fermenter, reducing sediment transfer and improving final clarity.

This system is ideal for brewers looking to reduce oxygen exposure by performing closed pressure transfers directly into kegs, bottles, or cans.
