A smooth Juniper & Citrus-led London Dry Style Gin, with beautiful earthy notes, offers a full, rounded mouthfeel. The unique combination of botanicals creates many layers of flavour.
Frankie and Eileen's Gin is named after the Grandmothers of the owners. Frankie was originally from Belfast, and Eileen was originally from the Glens of Antrim. A heartfelt story of Love that echoes throughout.
The combination of flavours from the botanicals is macerated in the spirit for 36 hours, no more and no less. The Copper Pot Still has a special flavour basket that allows the more delicate flavours to be imparted as the alcohol vapour passes through. The Copper Pot used also promotes the formation of Esters, which actively impart fruity notes to the spirit; the still is run slowly to ensure maximum flavour.
We only take the best cuts ’The Hearts’ when running the still to ensure that it is super premium and packed full of flavour and aroma.
The flavour profile is achieved with a balance of local botanicals and exotic. We use English Coriander Seeds, local potato peel and garden pea pods that work in harmony with the Macedonian Juniper Berries and
