This 4‑piece Adjustable Stainless Steel Clamp Set is designed to fit the full range of 35L and 65L BrewZilla systems (Gen 3 → Gen 4) as well as all 35L and 65L DigiBoils. It also suits the 12L and 24L Boiler Extensions, giving you a reliable, long‑lasting replacement for worn or damaged factory clamps.

Built from durable stainless steel, each clamp offers smooth tension adjustment so you can dial in the perfect seal for your steam condenser or distillation lid. Once installed, the clamps provide a secure, even hold around the boiler rim — ideal for brewers who want a clean, leak‑free setup.

How to Install

1. Remove the old clamp  
   Use bolt cutters or tin snips to cut the existing clamp off. (See product photos for the best cut location.)
2. Fit the new clamp  
   Remove the nut and bolt, thread it through the new clamp, and ensure the grooved section faces outward. If the groove faces inward, the clamp will bind on the boiler lip.
3. Adjust the tension  
   Loosen the bolts and rotate the clamp up or down to set the correct tension. Lock it in place using the nuts.
   Tip: Start looser than you think, then tighten gradually.

Important Notes
Do not use with glass lids.  
These clamps are designed only for metal steam condenser or distillation lids.

Gen 4 BrewZilla Compatibility  
All 35L and 65L Gen 4 BrewZillas will soon include these clamps as standard.
All Gen 4 100L units use a longer clamp — replacements available separately.
