With its pressure rating of up to 1 Bar (15 PSI), the Unitank allows you to ferment and carbonate in a closed system – saving time, reducing oxygen exposure, and improving flavour stability. The double-wall jacketed cooling system ensures you can precisely control fermentation temperature without the risk of contamination.

This Unitank has a total capacity of 40 litres (to the lid) and is crafted from durable 1.5 mm thick stainless steel, featuring a seamless mirror-polished interior for easy cleaning. It comes equipped with everything a serious brewer needs: from TC sampling and bottling valves, to a digital thermometer, thermowell, and adjustable legs for perfect stability.

The wide 6” TC lid makes cleaning and dry hopping a breeze, and the multiple 1.5” TC ports offer endless configuration options for accessories like spunding valves, sight glasses, or CO₂ harvest systems.
