New Zealand’s HortResearch breeding program created Southern Cross as a cross between Smooth Cone and the result of a Californian and English Fuggle. It was released in 1994. The soft bitterness of Southern Cross makes it an excellent early addition to the boil. As a later addition, it features a heady lemon zest and pine needle essence, making it a star.

There doesn’t seem to be any substitute close to the characteristics of Southern Cross.

Weight Limits:

The weight limit is 30kg for DPD and 70kg for DHL, either by volumetric or actual, whichever is greater. (Remember, a large packing box weighs 1kg of that total weight).

For products or orders over these weights, the PALLET SHIPPING option is available.
